Psychosynthesis Counselling and therapy offers a safe non judgemental supportive space where you can explore issues that limit your life and choices. You may have negative thought patterns or beliefs that trap your energy and limit your potential.

Psychosynthesis provides us with a supportive framework to explore crises of identity. It helps us to tackle limiting thought patterns and corresponding behaviours, freeing energy that is trapped in negative patterns to focus on achieving our goals.

Psychosynthesis counselling offers hope and practical techniques to tackle limiting beliefs and behaviour.

The sessions are on a one to one basis and last for 50 minutes and are usually scheduled at the same time each week.

Catalyst is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy  (BACP) and follows the BACP code of ethics.
